Position: Assistant Manager, Revenue Optimization

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Revenue Optimization is responsible for revenue optimization, processing analytical data related to revenue and sales; deployment of sales systems and strategies, generating new business (sales offices, travel agencies, OTAs, corporate accounts), competitor monitoring and analysis, pricing, and other revenue generating activities.
Core Responsibilities:- Pricing and Pricing Analysis
- Develop Schedules in line with corporate objectives and network expansion
- Competitor Analysis
- Identify HSE (Holiday and Special Events) and incorporate them in revenue calendar
- Monitor load factor and revenue flown per day of the week
- Liaise with relevant units to resolve customer complaints that may hinder repeat purchases
- Generated reports (revenue, schedule, etc.) to monitor commercial/sales performance and identify areas of growth
- Create products and other ancillaries
- Analyze schedules and OCC programs (Operation Control Centre)
- Build trusting relationships with customers/clients/travel agents to better understand needs
- Controlled airline yield/inventory parameters and adjust allocations according to the commercial marketing strategy
- Optimize revenue to improve the profitability of the business and manage uncertainties
- Lead revenue generating activities
- Generate new business via additional sales offices, travel agencies, corporate accounts
- Handle Group Bookings and Requests
- Manage airline partnerships and business relationships
- Analyze schedules to ensure profitability
- Ensure travel agency and OTA conversions
- Analyze existing products to identify areas for improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree honors’ or HND in any field
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in commercial systems and revenue management
